In the dynamic shipping industry, constant measurement of the performance of oneself and partners are important for potential improvements and keeping competitiveness. Ocean carriers want to measure their own performance as well as those of partner carriers and terminals with up-to-date information. The interactive performance dashboard help carriers identify potential bottlenecks and opportunities to improve on-time performance, berth window security and information consistency along marine operations.

Schedule Integrity

Measure the deviation of vessel schedules sent to OmniOcean by the Customer and schedules published in the respective websites of carriers.

On-time Schedule Performance (Port-based, Terminal-based Reliability)

Measure the deviation of actual berth time and long term berth time of a vessel/voyage at a calling port to review the reliability with 6 predefined baselines (12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, 46 hours, 72 hours, 96 hours). Actual berth time is provided by GVVMC, schedule data is provided by Customer in OmniOcean.

Terminal Performance (Berth and Berth On Arrival (BOA) Window Review)

Measure the port waiting time and port stay time of vessels, schedule reliability and weekly trends. Vessel’s size mix visited and the distribution by vessel. Waiting time, actual arrival, actual berth time are provided by GVVMC, estimated arrival, estimated berth time are provided by Customer in OmnicOcean.

In addition to the specific functions provided by each dashboard, search criteria can be added to the favourite and vessel schedule information can be downloaded in excel format.
